Our Story

Say Bloom was born from a moment of reflection—a time when I had to ask myself, “What’s next?” After years as an RN and running a boutique residential facility for dementia care, the pandemic left me completely drained. While it had been the honor of my life to create a space focused on the whole person, managing everything, especially the staffing, took a toll. I realized I was living in crisis mode, without balance.

As a woman with ADHD, I knew I wasn’t in the right environment to thrive. I wasn’t being the mom, wife, or energetic being I knew I could be.

That’s when I decided things had to change. I had to ask: What do I really want my life to look like? And the answer was clear—I wanted to Bloom. I didn’t want to keep living a life that felt stunted, doing only what I thought I should. I wanted to paint, forage for mushrooms, ride horses, and savor life with my family. I wanted to do things that feed my soul. I discovered that I had the power to raise my vibration and change how I felt. And that became my new focus—learning how to live in Full Bloom.

With my oldest daughter, Tallulah, by my side, we’re navigating this journey together—finding what lifts us up, what brings joy, and figuring it out one imperfect step at a time. Tallulah is a powerhouse, balancing her competitive athletic career with homeschooling and co-running this business with me. We’re two generations learning how to create a life that feels authentic and full of growth.

But here’s the thing: we’re not perfect, and we don’t pretend to be. We’re on a mission to live with intention, to raise our vibrations, and to enjoy the ride—even if it means laughing at ourselves along the way. We embrace the messy parts of life and keep showing up, learning, and laughing.

At Say Bloom, our tagline Mind Your Vibe reflects this journey. It’s an ongoing practice to live with purpose and elevate our energy, and we’re sharing what we learn in the hopes that others will walk alongside us. Our boutique is filled with crystals, jewelry, and inspiring gifts that help raise your vibration, empower your journey, and remind you that life is meant to be lived in Full Bloom.
